Enroll Your Child

In order to enroll, all students are required to fill out an application, attend an interview, and review the school handbook.  (Handbooks are reviewed annually.  Please contact the school for the most recent copy).  Print and complete the student application and emergency medical form.  You can drop off your completed forms at our school office during school hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:10pm), or if you prefer, you may send it by mail to the the following address:
